LeadSafe Filing is a service of Cryp Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use our EPA and state Lead-Safe (RRP) firm-certification filing service, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

To prepare and submit your firm certification, we collect:

Firm information, legal name, DBA, business structure, EIN, and business address.
Authorized contact details, name, title, email, and phone.
For state-run programs (NC, WI, DE, WA): your certified renovator’s name, certification number, and a copy of their certificate.
Your authorization and accuracy attestation, including the typed-name e-signature, a timestamp, and the IP address from which it was submitted.

We never collect a Social Security number. We do not need one to file a firm certification.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers; card data is handled by Stripe under its own security and privacy terms. We retain a record of the amount paid, the order, and Stripe’s transaction identifiers.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to (a) prepare and submit your firm certification to the U.S. EPA or the relevant state authority as your authorized agent, (b) communicate with you about your order, (c) deliver your certificate, and (d) send renewal reminders. Your firm details and supporting documents are transmitted to the issuing government authority as part of the filing, that is the purpose of the service.

Document retention

Uploaded renovator certificates and delivered certificate files are retained for 90 days after delivery of your certification, then deleted from our storage. Order records (excluding deleted documents) are retained as needed for accounting, renewal reminders, and legal compliance.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or firm information. We share it only with the government authority required to process your filing, and with service providers (such as Stripe for payments and our email provider) strictly to operate the service.

Security

We use reputable infrastructure providers and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us, subject to records we must retain by law. See our Terms of Service and Refund Policy for related terms.
