Terms of Service

Last updated: June 13, 2026.

Who we are

LeadSafe Filing is an independent document-filing service operated by Cryp Solutions LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or any state agency. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site is legal advice; for legal questions, consult a licensed attorney.

What the service does

You engage us to prepare and submit your firm’s Lead-Safe (RRP) certification application to the U.S. EPA or the relevant state authority as your authorized agent, based on the information you provide. Your authorization, your accuracy attestation, and your typed-name e-signature (captured with a timestamp and IP address at checkout) form the basis on which we act on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

Fees

Your total consists of two components, itemized at checkout: (1) our service fee for preparing and submitting your application, and (2) the government filing fee, which is paid to the issuing authority. We do not mark up the government fee. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

Processing times are estimates

Any timeframes we provide (for example, “certificate in about one to two weeks”) are estimates, not guarantees. Issuance is controlled by the government authority, and we cannot guarantee a specific approval date or that any particular application will be approved. We submit accurately and promptly and track your application to issuance.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete firm and contact information.
  • Ensure you hold any required individual credentials, including a Certified Renovator on staff, to perform regulated work. Firm certification does not substitute for the individual renovator credential.
  • Respond promptly if the authority or we request additional information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the service fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for government decisions or delays, or for penalties arising from information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
