If we have not yet submitted your application to the issuing authority, our service fee is fully refundable on request. Because the government filing fee has not yet been paid out at that stage, your full payment can be returned.
Once your application has been submitted to the U.S. EPA or the relevant state authority, the government filing fee is non-refundable, it has been paid directly to that authority and is outside our control. At that point our service fee is also non-refundable, as the work of preparing and submitting your application is complete.
If, for any reason on our side, we are unable to file your application, you receive a full refund of everything you paid, both the service fee and the government fee.
“Submitted” means we have transmitted your application to the issuing authority (for example, filed it in the EPA’s CDX system, filed it through a state portal, or mailed the paper application with the state fee). You can see whether your order has reached the “Submitted” stage at any time on your order status page.
Reply to your confirmation email or contact crypsolutionsllc@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within a few business days.
