Washington firm certification carries a low $25 state fee, is valid up to five years, and is filed by mail with copies of your renovator certificate(s). We assemble the packet and include the certificate copies, then guide you through mailing it with the check.

Washington also requires a certified renovator on staff, you provide their name, number, and certificate during the application.
