Washington Lead-Safe Firm Certification

Washington moved its RRP program to the Department of Commerce, which now certifies firms doing lead-based paint renovation in pre-1978 Washington properties. The state credential replaces the federal EPA firm certification here.

Washington firm certification carries a low $25 state fee, is valid up to five years, and is filed by mail with copies of your renovator certificate(s). We assemble the packet, include the certificate copies, and mail it with the check on your behalf.
