Delaware Lead-Safe Firm Certification

Delaware operates an EPA-authorized RRP program through the Division of Public Health. Firms renovating pre-1978 Delaware homes and child-occupied facilities must hold Delaware firm certification rather than the federal EPA credential.

Delaware firm certification is valid five years and is filed on a paper form that must name a trained/certified staff member. We complete the form, attach the required credential, and submit it with the state fee on your behalf.
